Returns - 30 Day Returns Policy All parts supplied by ACS Power Steering have a 14 day returns policy. For faulty parts see our warranty terms below. If there's a problem with a part you must notify us within the 30 days from date of receipt. If you are not happy with your part simply return it to us and we will exchange it FREE of charge or offer a refund of original purchase price (less postage & a 10% service charge), Items must be in a re-saleable condition and not have been fitted or tampered with in any way. You (the customer) are responsible for returning any items back to us, we recommend that you use a signed courier for proof of delivery. We ask that you please contact us before returning anything back to us.

Warranty - Warranty Our warranty covers the repair of your part back to it's original operating condition, our warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle and is non transferable. Shipping, mechanic charges and/or any other fees are not covered by ACS Power Steering under any circumstances. If we determine that the part is beyond repair we will offer a replacement, or refund the entire purchase price (at our descression). Factors that may void the warranty include, but are not limited to: improper installation, improper use and use for application that the part was not intended.
